RISE Adaptive Sports

Plain-language privacy

Your information stays purposeful

We collect information only when it helps us answer you or complete an action you choose.

Contact messages

When the contact form is available, it asks for your name, email, topic, and message. You may choose a RISE leader to direct the message to. The public website does not store the submission; it sends it to RISE's contact service and monitored organizational inbox.

Do not use the form for medical information, payment details, waivers, or other sensitive records. We use the message only to route and answer your request, operate the inbox, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery.

Story submissions

The Stories form asks for your name, story, contact preference, and permission to publish. You must give an email address or a phone number. The public website sends this information to RISE's monitored contact service.

You choose whether RISE can publish your story. RISE will honor the choice you make on this form. If you choose Yes, staff must ask you to approve a changed version.

You can add up to 2 photos to the form. RISE removes photo metadata and sends resized copies to the private story-review inbox. RISE staff review each photo before use. You must confirm that you have permission to share the photos. RISE must contact you before it publishes them.

You can withdraw publication permission or ask RISE to remove a published story through the Contact page. Removal from RISE channels cannot remove copies that other people already saved or shared.

Do not include private medical, financial, or participant information. You can ask RISE to correct or delete your submission through the Contact page.

Program registration

Program dates and registration link to the separate RISE Adaptive Management system at rsvp.riseadaptivesports.org. That system handles profiles, registrations, and waivers; the public marketing site does not.

Creator-interest form

The creator-interest form asks for your name, email address, preferred tournament, coverage type, and public links. The public website sends the message to RISE's contact service and controlled organizational inbox.

Do not attach files. Do not send participant information, health or disability information, accommodation details, government identifiers, tax information, or payment information.

RISE uses the message only to review and answer 2026 creator interest. It does not issue a credential or add you to a newsletter. Access is limited to the controlled RISE mailbox and named creator-program staff. If a message contains prohibited information, RISE will remove that information or delete the message when it can do so without harming a required incident or legal record.

Ask Mike through the Contact page to access, correct, or delete your creator-interest message. RISE deletes non-selected interest messages and rejected applications by January 31, 2027, unless counsel requires a legal hold. Selected creators receive a separate notice before RISE collects legal, accommodation, tax, vendor, or payment information through a restricted system.

Site measurement

RISE may measure aggregate actions such as page visits, contact-form starts, successful submissions by topic, failures, and selections of phone or email links. Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, and reference numbers must not be sent to analytics.

Your choices

You can contact RISE by phone instead of using the form. If you have a privacy or accessibility question, use the Contact page and choose the matching topic when the form is available.

This page describes the public website. It will be updated before any new form, analytics provider, or data processor is enabled.
