Mike’s background is in web development, but after hitting the corporate wall, he ventured into program development for RISE in 2008. He's been focused on developing programs, recruiting volunteers, and building partnerships in the last fifteen years. Mike held many positions over the years with RISE, from clipboard holder, program test dummy, and program manager to website and everything tech guy.
