Mike’s background is in web development, but after hitting the corporate wall, he ventured into program development for RISE in 2008. He's focused on developing programs, recruiting volunteers, and building partnerships over past fifteen years. He's held many positions over the years with RISE, from clipboard holder, program test dummy, and program manager to website and everything tech guy.

"I first participated in a RISE event in 2008 at Scottish Rite Hospital. The annual Easter Egg Hunt! Paul handed me a clipboard and said make sure everyone signs this. My first task. I was hooked on the RISE mission and immediately became a regular volunteer." -Mike
